my right shoulder still killing me which i hurted last few yrs :(( .. i am bad bad and carried too much stuff when i went to shopping last week and hurted my shoulder again ... i such foooool ... got pills and cream but still hmmm ... so have to rest more poor me :(( ... but still cant stop shopping lol hahaha...
